Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before enrolling. EnabledBrains Academy programs are digital learning products with immediate operational, mentor, platform, and content-access costs.

No Refund After Enrollment

Once you enroll in a cohort, workshop, self-paced course, or any digital learning product, the purchase is non-refundable. This applies once payment is completed, your seat is reserved, LMS access is granted, onboarding begins, or program materials are made available.

Because these are digital education products and each cohort involves limited seats, mentor time, LMS access, recordings, templates, support, and operational costs, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, schedule conflicts, lack of attendance, partial completion, or unused access.

Before You Pay

Please review the program page, curriculum, language, duration, pricing, bonuses, access terms, and support details before completing payment.

If you are unsure whether a program is right for you, contact our team before enrolling so we can help you make an informed decision.

Exceptions

A refund or correction may be considered only for duplicate payments, verified payment gateway errors, accidental extra charges, or cases where EnabledBrains Academy is unable to provide access to the purchased program.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method according to payment-provider timelines and applicable rules.

Non-Transferability

Enrollment is generally not transferable to another learner, batch, or product unless EnabledBrains Academy confirms an exception in writing.

Any approved batch movement or access adjustment is discretionary and does not create a right to refund.

How to Raise a Payment Issue

For duplicate charges or payment errors, contact us within 3 calendar days of payment with your name, registered email or phone number, payment screenshot, transaction ID, and a short description of the issue.

Requests without payment proof or requests made after substantial access has been used may be rejected.
